Diane Ayres

Diane is a founding partner and President of PorchLight Rental & Services. She started PorchLight in 2003 recognizing the need for transferees, and employers, to have a comprehensive home finding experience for renters. Today, PorchLight serves domestic and international inbound moves throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Diane has been in the relocation industry for 31 years. She has held leadership roles in both privately and publicly owned corporate housing companies until she launched PorchLight in 2003, as the first destination service company to serve all of North America. PorchLight is a certified women-owned business.

As a member of Worldwide ERC®, Diane served on the editorial committee, planning committee and is a recipient of the Meritorious Service award. She is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in journalism and public relations.
