Patrick is a problem-solver, using his natural leadership ability to grow companies and develop CapRelo on a global scale. As Vice President, Global Business Development for CapRelo, Patrick works with Fortune companies and small to mid-sized organizations, to develop solutions for their global mobility needs. He works closely with Global Mobility Leaders, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Professionals in these organizations. Prior to CapRelo, Patrick held leadership roles in 3 other Relocation Management Companies and was the President/CEO and owner of 2 Executive Search firms in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the City University of New York. He is an active member of the Worldwide ERC® and holds their CRP and GMS-T professional certifications. He is also an active member of all the western regional global mobility councils, current Membership chair for BAMM, and a professional member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
